Job summary

Aspire Early Education and Kindergarten in Ballarat (Lucas service) is seeking a Permanent Assistant Educator to join our supportive team. You will work alongside our educators to provide high-quality care and inclusive learning experiences for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years.

In this role you will support learning, development and wellbeing, create a safe and inclusive environment, and build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues. Flexible shifts 6:30am–6:30pm, Wed-Fri.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or ACECQA-equivalent.
• 1–2 years of childcare experience.
• Experience supporting neurodivergent children.
• Current Working with Children Check.
• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
