YMCA Queensland invites an Educational Leader to join the Leichhardt Outside School Hours Care team on a permanent part-time basis. You’ll shape engaging programs, guide educators, and ensure every child feels safe, supported and included.

With a Diploma in Children’s Services and 3+ years in ECEC, you’ll champion play-based learning, coach staff, and collaborate with families to create a strong, caring learning environment.

Competenze

• Diploma in Children’s Services or equivalent (desirable).
• 3+ years experience in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Knowledge of the approved learning framework.
• Ability to coach and mentor others.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of child development and attachment.
• Understanding of leadership theories and diverse leadership styles.
• Current First Aid and CPR Certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Paid Blue Card (or willingness to obtain).
