Job summary

Busy Bees at Chinchilla is seeking an inspiring Educational Leader to mentor educators and drive quality early learning. This full-time role offers a competitive hourly rate of $41.72–$43.08 plus an Education Leader Allowance, supporting curriculum development and reflective practice in a supportive team.

You will lead mentoring and coaching, guide EYLF implementation across the centre, and work with the Centre Director to achieve strong learning outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Early Childhood Education or actively pursuing.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQF is required.
• Experience mentoring educators to deliver quality programs.
• WWCC for Queensland required.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality.
• Guide implementation of the EYLF across the centre.
• Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with the NQF.
• Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team.
• Work closely with the Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children.
