You will lead the implementation of EYLF and support documentation and reflective practice within a collaborative team. Based at Georges Hall, the role is full-time with a focus on staff development, safeguarding, and delivering high-quality early childhood education aligned

Qualifikationen

• Approved Early Childhood qualification (or working towards).
• Knowledge of EYLF and NQF required or strongly preferred.
• Experience mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs.
• Curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.
• Commitment to child safety and Busy Bees values.

Aufgaben

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality.
• Guide implementation of EYLF across the centre.
• Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with NQF.
• Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team.
• Work with Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children.
