Job summary

Busy Bees Cameron Park is seeking an Educational Leader to mentor educators, support curriculum development and drive continuous improvement across the service in Cameron Park, NSW. This full-time role offers an hourly rate of $41.72–$43.08 with an Education Leader Allowance.

The successful candidate will lead practice, ensure EYLF/NQF alignment, and partner with the Centre Director to deliver high-quality educational experiences for children.

Qualifications

• Approved Early Childhood qualification (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQF is essential.
• Experience mentoring or supporting educators to deliver high-quality programs.
• Commitment to child safety and Busy Bees values.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality.
• Guide implementation of EYLF across the centre.
• Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with NQF.
• Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team.
• Collaborate with Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children.
