Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an Educational Leader at Busy Bees at Chinchilla, Queensland, to mentor educators and lead curriculum development in a full-time capacity. The role focuses on driving quality practice, implementing EYLF, and ensuring NQF alignment across the service.

The ideal candidate holds an approved Early Childhood qualification, demonstrates knowledge of EYLF/NQF, and has experience mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs with a strong emphasis on child safety and

Qualifications

• Approved Early Childhood qualification (or working towards)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Experience mentoring or supporting educators to deliver high-quality programs
• Confidence in curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
• Genuine commitment to child safety and Busy Bees values

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality
• Guide implementation of the EYLF across the centre
• Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team
• Work closely with the Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children
