Job summary

anzuk education in Adelaide has a rare opportunity for an Educational Leader to join a supportive management team. You’ll work hands-on with staff across rooms, mentoring and coaching the team while collaborating with the Director and Programme Leader to develop engaging programs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Early Childhood (or ACECQA equivalent).
• Current First aid, Asthma, Anaphylaxis and RRHAN.
• Working with children check for South Australia.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on coaching and mentoring of the staff.
• Work with Director, Assistant Director and Programme Leader across rooms to support and develop the team.
• Provide non-contact time to develop programmes and collaborate on curriculum.
• Contribute to delivering above-ratio staffing and maintain a supportive learning environment.

Education
