Busy Bees Springfield Lakes is seeking an Educational Leader to mentor and support educators, driving quality teaching practices and curriculum development. The role focuses on leading continuous improvement across the service and guiding EYLF implementation to ensure high-quality learning experiences for children.

You will work closely with the Centre Director, support reflective practice, and lead team learning opportunities while upholding Busy Bees’ safety commitments and values in a vibrant

• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQF frameworks.
• Lead curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.
