Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to mentor and support educators, lead curriculum development, and drive continuous improvement in line with EYLF and the National Quality Framework. This full-time role sits at 1 Springfield Lakes Boulevard, Springfield Lakes QLD 4300.

You will guide curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice, and work closely with the Centre Director to ensure high-quality outcomes for children and families.

Qualifications

• EYLF and NQF knowledge required.
• Experience mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs.
• Strong curriculum planning and reflective practice.

Responsabilités

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality.
• Guide implementation of the EYLF across the centre.
• Support educators with curriculum planning and documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with the NQF.
• Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team.
• Collaborate with the Centre Director to support child outcomes.
