Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to mentor and support educators at Springfield Lakes. You’ll drive quality practice, support curriculum development and lead continuous improvement across the service.

In this role you will mentor educators to strengthen teaching, guide EYLF and NQF implementation, and lead reflective practice, documentation and collaborative professional learning. You’ll work with the Centre Director and be responsible for safety, compliance and staff

Qualifications

• Evidence of mentoring or supporting educators to deliver high-quality programs.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQF frameworks.
• Commitment to child safety and continuous professional learning.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality.
• Guide implementation of EYLF across the centre.
• Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice.
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with NQF.
• Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team.
• Collaborate with the Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children.
