Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to mentor and support educators at Springfield Lakes. You’ll drive quality practice, support curriculum development and lead continuous improvement across the service.

In this role you will mentor educators to strengthen teaching, guide EYLF and NQF implementation, and lead reflective practice, documentation and collaborative professional learning. You’ll work with the Centre Director and be responsible for safety, compliance and staff

• Commitment to child safety and continuous professional learning.

We’re seeking an inspiring and experienced Educational Leader to mentor and support educators at Busy Bees at Springfield Lakes, located at 1 Springfield Lakes Boulevard, Springfield Lakes QLD 4300, on a full-time basis.

You will play a key role in driving quality practice, supporting curriculum development, and leading continuous improvement across the service.

What you’ll do

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality
• Guide implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) across the centre
• Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team
• Work closely with the Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Approved Early Childhood qualification (or working towards)
• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Framework (NQF)

• Current Working with Children Check for QLD
