Job summary

Busy Bees is seeking an inspiring Educational Leader to mentor educators at Busy Bees Georges Hall, NSW, on a full-time basis. The role focuses on leading quality practice, supporting curriculum development, and driving continuous improvement across the service.

You will guide EYLF implementation, support documentation, and lead professional discussions with the team, while collaborating with the Centre Director to deliver outstanding outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Approved Early Childhood qualification (or working towards).
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and NQF.
• Experience mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs.
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality
• Guide implementation of the EYLF across the centre
• Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice

We’re seeking an inspiring and experienced Educational Leader to mentor and support educators at Busy Bees at Georges Hall, located at 15 Georges Crescent, Georges Hall NSW 2198, on a full-time basis. You will play a key role in driving quality practice, supporting curriculum development, and leading continuous improvement across the service.

What you’ll do

• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen teaching practice and program quality
• Guide implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) across the centre
• Support educators with curriculum planning, documentation and reflective practice
• Drive continuous improvement aligned with the National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Lead professional discussions and learning opportunities for the team
• Work closely with the Centre Director to support quality outcomes for children
