Guardian Childcare & Education is seeking an Educator in Queensland to help create meaningful learning experiences for children, build warm relationships with families and support wellbeing. You will contribute to planning, observations and documentation, bringing Thrive and To Be Me to life in everyday practice and collaborating with a supportive team.

You will receive practical learning, mentoring and clear career pathways, with access to high‑quality resources and specialist leadership

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Genuine passion for children's learning and wellbeing.
• Positive, reliable and collaborative approach.
• Willingness to learn, contribute ideas and grow your practice.
• Current Working with Children Check and first aid qualifications, or willingness to obtain them.

Responsibilities

• Create meaningful learning experiences shaped by children's strengths, interests and needs.
• Build warm, responsive relationships with children and families.
