Job summary

Kids Club Hamilton is growing and we’re seeking Educational Leaders and Lead Educators who are passionate about inspiring teams, delivering high-quality practice and improving outcomes for children. As an Educational Leader or Lead Educator, you will mentor staff, lead curriculum decisions in line with EYLF, and help shape a positive, inclusive learning culture across the service.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher qualification (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF and NQS.
• Proven experience leading or mentoring educators.
• Ability to plan curriculum, document learning and reflect on practice.

Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire educators to deliver high-quality programs.
• Guide curriculum decisions in line with EYLF.
• Mentor and coach educators to strengthen practice.
• Support documentation, observations and assessment of children's learning.
• Collaborate with leadership to drive quality outcomes.
