Job summary

Edge Early Learning is seeking a Lead Educator who will mentor and support the team, delivering engaging programs aligned to the EYLF and fostering a positive centre culture. You’ll work alongside an experienced Centre Director and Educational Leader, leading Nursery/Toddler/Kindergarten/Float Room while guiding staff development.

You’ll build strong relationships with children and families, create safe learning environments, and support ongoing quality improvements.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or recognised equivalent at Children’s Services Employee Level 4+) OR Graduate Diploma / Masters of Teaching with the required long day care experience
• Diploma holders: minimum 2 years' Lead Educator experience
• Graduate Diploma/Master of Teaching applicants must meet early childhood experience criteria (3–4 years or 2+ years as Lead Educator) in Australian long day care
