Job summary

Green Leaves Early Learning Centres is seeking a Lead Educator to guide and mentor a team of Educators toward excellence. The role focuses on implementing the EYLF and NQS frameworks, planning engaging programs, and supporting professional growth through our NLRDP initiatives.

You will work with the Centre Educational Leader to create a reflective, child-centered environment that encourages creativity, curiosity and inclusion for all children and families.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on Image of the Child and EYLF/NQS understanding.
• Proven leadership experience mentoring educators to meet curriculum standards.
• Current Working with Children Check (State) and Child Protection Training.
• Willingness to study towards Diploma within 3 months of commencement.

Responsibilities

• Lead Educator to mentor and develop a team of Educators.
• Plan, implement and evaluate educational programs.
• Collaborate with Centre Educational Leader to ensure quality learning environments.
• Promote inclusion and safety for all children.
