Job summary

Mini Masterminds is seeking a Full-Time Educational Leader at Brighton Le Sands to drive educational excellence, mentor educators, and guide curriculum aligned with EYLF. This hands-on leadership role works with the Centre Leadership Team to foster high-quality learning and care.

You will hold a ACECQA‑approved Bachelor or Diploma in ECEC, have WWCC and current First Aid/CPR, and bring strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to a supportive, growth‑minded workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Experience mentoring or leading educators in an Early Childhood setting.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications; Child Protection training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor educators through on-the-floor coaching and professional support.
• Guide curriculum planning, programming, and documentation in line with EYLF.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
• Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences.
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.
