Job summary

Journey Early Learning Kawana is seeking an Educational Leader to guide curriculum development, strengthen pedagogical practice and support continuous improvement across our 151-place centre.

You will mentor educators, lead engaging programs and collaborate with the Centre Manager to deliver high-quality outcomes for children.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Experience as an Educational Leader, Lead Educator or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQS and curriculum development.
• Confidence mentoring educators and supporting reflective practice.
• Experience contributing to quality improvement processes.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A genuine passion for children’s learning, development and wellbeing.
• A current Blue Card or eligibility to obtain one.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications, as required.
• National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training, or willingness to complete it.

About You

You’re a passionate early childhood professional who enjoys sharing knowledge, supporting educators and driving quality educational practice.
