Journey Early Learning Kawana is seeking a Casual Educator to join a supportive team that values connection and quality learning.

In this role, you’ll support children’s development through play-based experiences, build strong relationships with families and colleagues, and adapt to different rooms and routines. Casual hours offer flexibility to fit your lifestyle while growing your early childhood career.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or ACECQA-approved equivalent.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications.
• National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete.
• Genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and children's learning and development.

We're looking for passionate Early Childhood Educators who enjoy working as part of a team and want to make a meaningful difference in children's lives.

You’ll bring:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A valid Working with Children Check
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis qualifications
• National Child Safety (Foundation Module) training or willingness to complete
• A genuine passion for Early Childhood Education and children's learning and development
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
