Job summary

Eden Academy Murray Bridge is seeking an Educational Leader to mentor educators, guide curriculum and programming, and drive continuous improvement across our early learning service, including leading professional development and performance reviews.

You will collaborate with the leadership team to model best practice, support a responsive and inclusive learning environment aligned with EYLF and NQS, and foster teamwork across staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in early childhood leadership or management.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor educators and lead professional development.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.

Responsibilities

About the Role

As our Educational Leader, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to mentor and support educators, guide curriculum and programming, and drive continuous improvement across the service.

You’ll Be Supported With

• 1 dedicated day off the floor each week


• 1 day floating above ratio to observe practices, mentor educators and support the team


• The opportunity to float across the service as needed

About You

You’ll have 2+ years' experience in early childhood education, with previous Educational Leader and/or management experience highly regarded.

You’ll Also Bring

• A passion for mentoring and developing educators


• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards


• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent


• A current Working with Children Check
