Job summary

Eden Academy Murray Bridge is seeking an Educational Leader to mentor educators, guide curriculum and programming, and drive continuous improvement across our early learning service, including leading professional development and performance reviews.

You will collaborate with the leadership team to model best practice, support a responsive and inclusive learning environment aligned with EYLF and NQS, and foster teamwork across staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in early childhood leadership or management.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor educators and lead professional development.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.

Responsibilities

• Mentor educators and support professional growth.
• Guide curriculum, programming and service improvement.
• Lead performance reviews and reflective practices.
