Eden Academy seeks an Educational Leader in Pakenham to mentor educators, shape a high‑quality team and inspire young learners. You’ll drive curriculum development and support a collaborative learning culture across the service.

The role operates 6.30am–6.30pm with generous above‑award rates and an Educational Leader allowance, plus opportunities for ongoing education and strong community engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA approved equivalent.
• Experience leading and mentoring early childhood staff.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Working with Children Check and Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Mentor educators and support curriculum development.

About the Role

As the Educational Leader, you will play a key role in mentoring educators, supporting curriculum development, and fostering a positive, collaborative learning environment. You will work closely with the service leadership team to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and continuous improvement across the service.
