Job summary

Eden Academy Murray Bridge is seeking an Educational Leader to mentor our educators, guide curriculum, and elevate learning experiences for early learners. You will partner with the leadership team to drive continuous improvement and ensure high-quality programming across the service.

You will lead with passion, support the team, and promote best practices in early childhood education, while working on-site in Murray Bridge and benefiting from dedicated leadership time and resources.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in early childhood education.
• Knowledge of EYLF and National Quality Standards.
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
• Australian working rights.

About the Role

As our Educational Leader, you’ll work closely with the leadership team to mentor and support educators, guide curriculum and programming, and drive continuous improvement across the service.

You’ll be supported with:

• 1 dedicated day off the floor each week
• 1 day floating above ratio to observe practices, mentor educators and support the team
• The opportunity to float across the service as needed

About You

You’ll have 2+ years' experience in early childhood education, with previous Educational Leader and/or management experience highly regarded.

You’ll also bring:

• A passion for mentoring and developing educators
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Australian Working Rights
• A proactive, collaborative and team-first attitude
