Job summary

Eden Academy Harris Crossing is seeking an Educational Leader to mentor educators, shape curriculum, and foster a collaborative learning environment. You will work with the service leadership team to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and drive continuous improvement across the service.

Operating from 6.30am to 6.30pm, we provide the ultimate setting for 130 children to flourish, supported by a frequent rotation of world-class, age-appropriate resources.

About The Role

As the Educational Leader, you will play a key role in mentoring educators, supporting curriculum development, and fostering a positive, collaborative learning environment. You will work closely with the service leadership team to ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework and continuous improvement across the service.

What You’ll Bring

• A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
• A current Working with Children Check
• Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
• Australian Working Rights
