Job summary

Busy Bees Australia Employer Pty Ltd is seeking a Casual Educator in Campbelltown, NSW to support play-based learning and daily care for children. You will help create a safe, inclusive environment, build strong relationships with families, and assist with routines and supervision across shifts.

Applicants should have a Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be working towards it) and current First Aid/CPR. NSW WWCC is required; experience in Australia is valued.

Qualifications

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards).
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW.
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play-based learning experiences aligned with the EYLF
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members

Casual Educator (Campbelltown, NSW) – $38.71 – $47.68 per hour.

What you’ll do

• Supporting the implementation of engaging play‑based learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
• Assisting in providing a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment for all children
• Building positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Supporting daily routines, activities, and supervision of children
• Contributing to maintaining high standards aligned with the National Quality Standards (NQS)

What you’ll bring

• A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or working towards)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
• Current Working with Children Check for NSW
• Experience working as an Educator within Australia is highly regarded
• Flexibility to work across shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
