Job summary

Guardian Childcare & Education Murwillumbah is hiring an Educator to inspire young minds in a vibrant learning space. You’ll deliver our “To BE Me” program, share milestones with families, and thrive in a team that values growth.

Availability 7am–6pm, Monday to Friday with a rotating roster, WWCC required, and opportunities for career progression within the Guardian network. Guardian supports ongoing learning and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma is required or being pursued.
• WWCC is required to work in VIC and other regions.
• Child Protection Certificate is desirable.
• Food Safety Certificate is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspire and support children daily in a safe, fun learning environment.
• Share children’s milestones and moments with families.
• Deliver Guardian’s 'To BE Me' learning program.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and participate in ongoing learning.

Here's what you'll bring:

• Completion of the national mandatory Child Protection training via the GECCKO platform
• Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education or Diploma (or working towards it or working towards another ECE qualification)
• Availability to work between from 7am- 6pm, Monday to Friday, with a rotating roster
• Current Working with Children Check (WWCC for VIC).

Ideal to have:

• Child Protection Certificate
• Food Safety Certificate
• Over 2-3 years of experience in the early childhood education sector
