Job summary

Honour Early Learning is seeking an experienced Educational Leader to develop, design and implement our educational programs. You will mentor and support educators and build strong relationships with families.

You will help with learning difficulties and child development, guided by our values Respect, Nurture, Excellence, Pride and Trust, and compliance with NQF and Education and Care Services National Law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Educational Leader or ECT.
• Bachelor's degree in early childcare education (Preferred)
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• A passion for early childhood education and a genuine commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, and nature-focused environment
• An understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations

About you:

Experience:
