Mini Masterminds Hamlyn Terrace is seeking a Full-Time Educational Leader (ECT or Dip) to drive educational excellence, mentor educators, and guide curriculum development.

In this hands-on role you will coach on the floor, support program delivery, promote reflective practice, and ensure learning experiences meet EYLF standards.

Formación

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Experience mentoring or leading educators within an Early Childhood setting.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and relevant certifications.
• Knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor educators through on-the-floor coaching and professional support
• Guide curriculum planning, programming, and documentation in line with the EYLF
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice
• Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community
• Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS), and all relevant legislation
• Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team to achieve quality outcomes
• Promote a positive, collaborative, and professional team culture

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Educational Leader to join our team at Mini Masterminds Hamlyn Terrace (120-place centre).

About the Role

As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in driving educational excellence across the centre by mentoring educators, guiding curriculum development, and promoting best practice in early childhood education.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work alongside educators to support high-quality programming, inspire continuous improvement, and ensure every child receives meaningful learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)

• Previous experience mentoring or leading educators within an Early Childhood setting

• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

• Current Child Protection training/certificate

• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

• A genuine passion for inspiring educators and delivering high-quality education and care
