Job summary

Mini Masterminds Brighton Le Sands is seeking a Full-Time Educational Leader to mentor educators, guide curriculum development, and promote best practice in early childhood education. This hands-on leadership role works alongside educators to support high-quality programming, ensure EYLF-aligned learning experiences, and build strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community.

Candidates must hold an ACECQA-approved qualification and WWCC; applicants must have valid

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved).
• Experience mentoring or leading educators within an Early Childhood setting.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) and First Aid/CPR/Asthma/Anaphylaxis certifications.
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQF, and NQS.

• Guide curriculum planning, programming, and documentation in line with the EYLF.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and reflective practice.
• Support educators in delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences.

About the Role

As Educational Leader, you will play a key role in driving educational excellence across the centre by mentoring educators, guiding curriculum development, and promoting best practice in early childhood education.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will work alongside educators to support high-quality programming, inspire continuous improvement, and ensure every child receives meaningful learning experiences aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Bachelor or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)




• Previous experience mentoring or leading educators within an Early Childhood setting




• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)




• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications




• Current Child Protection training/certificate




• Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF), National Quality Framework (NQF), and National Quality Standards (NQS)




• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills




• A genuine passion for inspiring educators and delivering high-quality education and care
