Job summary

Honour Early Learning in Strathpine is looking for an experienced Educational Leader to open our brand-new centre. You will lead the development and implementation of our education program, mentor educators, and build strong relationships with families to support every child's learning and development.

The role requires at least two years in Educational Leadership, a Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, and a passion for inclusive, nature-focused learning.

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Educational Leader.
• Completed Bachelor’s degree in early childcare education.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

We are seeking experienced, passionate and imaginativeEducational Leader tohelp open our brand-new purpose-built childcare center in Strathpine.This role will be:

• responsible for the developing, designing and implementing of our education program.
• To be a mentor and support for all educators.
• Building relationships with our families and assisting with learning difficulties and development of all children.

About you:

Experience:

Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Educational Leader with a solid understanding and experience to focus on the Pedagogy practice in the center.

Qualification:

Completed Bachelor's degree in early childcare education

Skills:

Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team

Vision:

A passion for early childhood education and a genuine commitment to creating a respectful, inclusive, and nature-focused environment

Compliance:

An understanding of relevant regulatory requirements, including the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations
