Job summary

Centorrino Technologies in Sydney is seeking a Customer Success Manager - Education to drive long-term satisfaction, retention and growth for education customers, focusing on secondary schools. You will build trusted relationships with school leaders, ICT teams and business managers, guiding them on CT’s managed services, technology solutions and strategic support.

You will manage a portfolio of education customers, understand school priorities, and act as the primary relationship owner to

Qualifications

Experience in Customer Success or Account Management within education or schools.
Understanding of managed IT services, cloud, networking, cyber security, and technology support models.
Ability to translate technical information into practical guidance for school stakeholders.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Willingness to collaborate across Delivery, Sales and Technical teams.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of education customers, building trusted relationships with school leaders and ICT teams.
Develop an understanding of each school’s priorities, technology roadmap and compliance needs.
Act as primary relationship owner to ensure value is realised and customers feel supported.
Drive satisfaction, retention and growth through proactive engagement and renewal planning.
Identify opportunities to introduce technology services aligned with school priorities.
