Qualifications

• Graduation in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Education Counsellor.
• Strong communication, counselling, and customer service skills.
• Target-driven with a strong focus on client satisfaction and conversion.
• Good knowledge of Australian education providers and courses will be highly regarded.
• Must hold valid Australian work rights for full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Counsel prospective students on suitable education options, courses, and institutions
• Handle enquiries through phone, email, and in-person consultations
• Follow up with prospective and existing clients and convert enquiries into applications
• Achieve individual and team sales and conversion targets
• Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients
• Stay updated on university courses, entry requirements, scholarships, and industry developments
• Coordinate with education providers and follow up on application outcomes
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
• Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality requirements
• Identify potential issues and elevate them to the appropriate team members
