Job summary

ServiceNow in Australia is seeking a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant to lead the education CRM segment across universities, TAFEs and state education departments. You’ll collaborate with Account Executives and field Solution Consultants on complex multi-stakeholder deals, including RFPs.

You will design demonstrations, build lightweight POCs, wire integrations and showcase education-focused workflows with AI agents.

Qualifications

10+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or related technical advisory role.
Experience applying AI and automation to business workflows.
Strong understanding of education institutions operations and student lifecycle.
Familiarity with how state and federal government agencies procure and deliver services.
Proficiency with ServiceNow (CSM) or equivalent hands‑on depth on Salesforce, Dynamics, Pega, or similar.
Track record leading complex pursuits end to end, including RFPs and executive engagement.
Experience mentoring consultants and traveling across Australia.
