Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant for ANZ CRM & Industry Workflows to help customers explore what's possible with our platform. You will lead discovery, design engagements, and translate business challenges into transformation strategies across energy, utilities, retail, and tech sectors.

You'll build and demonstrate end-to-end demos and lightweight POCs, wire integrations, and collaborate with product, partners, and sales to shape account strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience in leveraging AI to improve work processes or decision-making.
• 7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineering, or related role.
• Solid technical foundation to understand front-ends, back-ends, APIs, and data.
• Proficiency with ServiceNow (CSM, FSM and Industry Workflows) or equivalent depth on Salesforce, Pega, SAP or Dynamics.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery and shape solutions for transformation using ServiceNow's platform.
• Build and demonstrate demos and lightweight POCs with integrations and automation.
• Develop industry expertise and go-to-market assets for credibility.
• Support account strategy and build trusted advisor relationships with customers.
• Build ecosystem relationships with Product Management and partners to stay ahead of market shifts.
• Share best practices and contribute to the pre-sales organization.
