ServiceNow is seeking an Advisory Solution Consultant for ANZ CRM & Industry Workflows. You’ll lead discovery, design and demonstrations, shaping transformations on the ServiceNow platform for energy, utilities, retail, and tech clients. The role emphasizes industry depth, collaboration with Sales, and building reusable pre-sales assets.

You’ll engage across various sectors, travel within Australia as required, and mentor peers while growing your scope over time.

Formación

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 7+ years in pre-sales solution consulting, sales engineering or a related technical advisory role.
• Solid technical foundation to understand front-ends, back-ends, APIs and data and build POC integrations.
• Hands-on depth with ServiceNow (CSM, FSM, Industry Workflows) or equivalent on Salesforce, Pega, SAP or Dynamics.
• Familiarity with energy, resources, utilities, construction, mining, retail, technology/MSP or telecommunications domains.
• Experience applying AI and automation to business workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery and design engagements to transform business challenges into solutions on ServiceNow’s platform.
• Build and demonstrate integrated demos and lightweight POCs, wire integrations and portal experiences.
• Develop industry expertise and create reference architectures and go-to-market plays.
• Support account strategy by partnering with Sales to shape relationships and advisory positioning.
• Build ecosystem relationships with Product Management, technology partners and consulting firms.
• Share best practices and contribute reusable assets to uplift the pre-sales organization.
