ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Advisory Solution Consultant in Australia to lead education CRM pursuits across universities and government education departments. You will shape solutions on our platform, deliver demonstrations with AI agents and integrations, and collaborate with Account Executives on complex multi-stakeholder deals.

You’ll mentor colleagues, strengthen pre-sales capabilities, and travel across Australia to support public sector accounts, including state and federal agencies.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes or decision-making.
• 10+ years in pre-sales solution consulting or related role.
• Deep understanding of education institutions and government procurement.

• Lead CRM pursuits across universities and education departments through discovery to win.
• Shape solutions on ServiceNow and partner technologies for the education sector.
• Design and deliver demonstrations with AI agents, integrations and portal experiences.
• Support wider public sector pursuits across state and federal agencies.
• Develop education solution frameworks and go-to-market plays; present at events.
• Influence long-term account strategy with senior stakeholders.
• Coordinate with delivery teams and partners to ensure successful deployment.
• Mentor Solution Consultants and build reusable assets.
