Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Commercialization Manager, Economics Intelligence in Australia. This role partners with customers to drive measurable value, delivering and scaling EI products and solutions across geographies and sectors. You will work with product and sales teams to communicate effectively, reduce churn and support renewals.

You will coach customers, deliver demos and trainings, and help drive Mastercard EI adoption with internal stakeholders to maximize customer value.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer delivery or consulting, delivering value to customers.
• Product-minded and focused on scalable solutions using modern technologies.
• Ability to work with both business and technology stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coach customers to implement Mastercard EI products and solutions.
• Conduct product demos, develop and deliver training sessions.
• Create content and present insights in customer forums and read-outs, verbally and in writing.
• Engage with users to improve product utilization and derive insights for business decisions.
• Collaborate with product teams to develop features that serve customers effectively.
• Research and deliver solutions for inquiries and inquiries and responses.
• Liaise with internal sales and delivery teams to improve understanding of solutions.
• Identify areas for improvement, track project updates, and identify at-risk clients.
