Jobgether is seeking a Senior SEO Specialist (eCommerce Focus) for a fully remote role based in Australia. You will lead enterprise-scale SEO programs across major ecommerce platforms, driving measurable revenue growth through technical SEO, scalable content strategies, and AI-enabled search experiments.

You will translate data into strategic recommendations for marketing managers and business owners, maintaining work-life balance with a nine-day fortnight and flexible autonomy.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience including agency work.
• Proven ecommerce SEO expertise with large retail sites and measurable results.
• Deep technical SEO knowledge: site architecture, crawl, indexing, Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with WooCommerce, Shopify and Magento.
• Strong content strategy: briefs, structured data, schema, internal linking.
• Proficiency with Screaming Frog, GSC, GA4 and SEMrush.
• Ability to translate data into commercial recommendations for marketing stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end enterprise SEO programs for large ecommerce sites and catalogs.
• Improve site architecture, crawl management, and Core Web Vitals for better visibility.
• Diagnose and resolve indexing, duplicate content, and content decay across WooCommerce, Shopify, and Magento.
• Develop roadmaps linking technical SEO improvements to commercial outcomes.
• Create high-impact content briefs aligned with search intent and business goals.
• Explore AI-driven search and LLM strategies to stay ahead in discovery.
• Present findings in monthly strategy sessions with client leadership.
