Reporting to the Director, you will lead the growth and commercial performance of our eCommerce channel, shaping its strategy and building a scalable, profitable business.
Build a digital channel from launch, with genuine P&L ownership and direct access to leadership. Help shape a multi-million-dollar growth opportunity rather than simply maintain an established website. Work with a modern technology stack and investment in AI, data and new customer experiences.
Competitive base salary + superannuation, with a discretionary performance bonus.
