Australian Progressive Group is seeking an eCommerce Manager for Builders Centre to lead the growth of our online trading channel. You will own end-to-end online customer experience, work with IT, operations and external partners, and drive innovation to deliver a scalable, profitable digital offering for builders and trade customers.

The role focuses on a hands-on leadership approach, data-driven decision making, and building a multi-channel online platform with strong commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience owning an eCommerce channel with P&L responsibility.
• Experience with bulky or complex logistics (bulky goods).
• Strong product-data and analytical capability with large catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Shopify launch and ongoing online trading, conversion and customer experience.
• Own the product catalogue and data strategy, scaling to ~100,000 products with accurate data and pricing.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to ensure reliable data and integrations between systems.
• Partner with stores, transport and supply chain to optimise delivery dynamics and pricing.
• Own online customer service, performance reporting and revenue/margin management.
• Brief and manage external website, SEO and marketing partners for clear commercial outcomes.
