Job description

Our client is an Australasian elite teamwear supplier for a broad range of professional and amateur sporting organisations across Australia and New Zealand.

Their partners span elite clubs across the AFL, Super Netball, NRL and Super Rugby Pacific, as well as State Sporting Associations and community clubs across multiple codes.

In addition, they provide sporting organisations with end-to-end commerce solutions across made-to-order campaigns, inventory programs, onsite retail activations and fully managed branded online stores.

About the Role

As a result of a departmental re-structure, and a commitment to continued digital growth, they are investing in a strengthened Ecommerce function.

The Ecommerce Technology & Performance Manager will lead their ecommerce ecosystem. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will translate digital capability into measurable commercial outcomes and competitive advantage.

This newly created leadership role will own our client's ecommerce platforms, digital performance and customer experience.

The role will own the customer‑facing ecommerce ecosystem and its performance, collaborating with the Marketing team on brand and campaigns, and the Business Systems team on core enterprise platforms and integrations.

You will be accountable for platform design and technical performance, operations, website development, systems integration, data governance, analytics, and digital innovation – while leading and developing the Ecommerce Coordinator team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead website enhancements, integrations and technical testing.
  • Drive conversion, customer experience and digital performance.
  • Oversee ecommerce operations, data quality and customer service.
