Job summary

Harris Farm Markets is seeking an ecommerce leader to own and optimise our online shopping experience across channels. You will manage product data, pricing, promotions, and listings while ensuring accuracy and on-brand presentation.

You will monitor order fulfilment end-to-end, resolve customer issues and refunds, and maintain inventory accuracy across systems. You’ll translate metrics into practical insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on ecommerce or digital trading across online channels.
• Strong understanding of product data management, pricing, promotions, and channel economics.
• Experience with ecommerce platforms and managing data across channels.
• Ability to analyze metrics and translate into decisions.
• Proficient in Excel and Office for reporting and analysis.
• Independent operator capable of end-to-end channel ownership.
• Detail-oriented with ability to spot errors before customers see them.
• Excellent communication to explain performance to non-technical leaders.

Responsibilities

• Manage product data across ecommerce catalogs, pricing, promotions, and listings.
• Monitor end-to-end order fulfillment and escalate delays to warehouse teams.
• Own customer issues and refunds, resolving payment errors and delivery problems.
• Ensure inventory accuracy across platforms and reconcile discrepancies.
• Track channel performance and translate data into actionable leadership insights.
• Develop customer retention initiatives with your manager.
• Lead and develop the Ecommerce & Marketing Coordinator, coaching and building capability.
• Set expectations and priorities, supporting learning and independent work.
