Job summary

Harris Farm Markets is seeking a Store Leader to support the Store Manager by owning the admin and compliance for the store. You will roster most departments, keep the back-office ticking, and ensure the store runs smoothly so the Store Manager can lead from the front.

You are the go-to person when something needs sorting. We look for someone with retail leadership experience, strong communication, and a proven ability to drive sales and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced fresh-food

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership (supermarket, fresh food or specialty retail highly regarded).
• Customer-focused, hands-on and lead from the front.
• Strong communicators who build trust and engagement.
• Confident managing performance, change and operational priorities.
• Commercially minded with a passion for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating teams to deliver outstanding service.
• Driving sales, margin, stock control and labour performance.
• Coaching and developing team members and future leaders.
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, food safety and company standards.
• Maintaining high visual, quality and presentation standards.
• Running the store in the absence of the store manager.
