Job summary

Harris Farm Markets is seeking Store Leaders to drive performance in a fast-paced fresh-food environment. You will support the Store Manager by owning admin, compliance and rostering, keeping the back-office ticking so the store runs smoothly.

You'll lead from the front, motivate teams, maintain high standards of service, stock control and presentation, and develop future leaders in a busy, customer-focused setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership, preferably in fresh-food or supermarket sectors.
• Strong customer focus and hands-on leadership style.
• Ability to coach and develop team members and future leaders.

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating teams to deliver outstanding service
• Driving sales, margin, stock control and labour performance
• Coaching and developing team members and future leaders
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, food safety and company standards
• Maintaining high visual, quality and presentation standards
• Running the store in the absence of the store manager
