Job summary

Harris Farm Markets is seeking a Store Leader to support the Store Manager by owning admin and compliance, rostering departments and keeping back-office ticking so the store runs smoothly.

You will lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced, fresh-food environment, drive customer service, sales and standards while modelling a hands-on leadership style and building strong connections with your team and customers.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership (supermarket, fresh food or specialty retail highly regarded)
• Customer-focused, hands-on and lead from the front
• Strong communicators who build trust and engagement
• Confident managing performance, change and operational priorities
• Commercially minded with a passion for continuous improvement

Responsibilities

• Leading and motivating teams to deliver outstanding service
• Driving sales, margin, stock control and labour performance
• Coaching and developing team members and future leaders
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, food safety and company standards
• Maintaining high visual, quality and presentation standards
• Running the store in the absence of the store manager
