Job summary

Bailey Nelson is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager & Product Owner to lead our digital customer experience across Australia, New Zealand and Canada. You will own the website roadmap, drive online sales, eye-exam bookings and enhance how customers discover, engage with, and shop Bailey Nelson.

Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will partner with development, design, marketing, retail and clinical teams to turn opportunities into measurable results, while leading the fulfilment team to

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ecommerce, digital growth, website optimisation or similar.
• Strong practical knowledge of SEO, organic acquisition, analytics and experimentation.
• Experience managing website platforms, CMS environments and digital product roadmaps.
• Ability to translate commercial objectives into clear development requirements and prioritise competing projects.
• Experience leading fulfilment teams and managing ecommerce operations end to end.
• Strong analytical skills to turn data into actionable insights.
• Experience across multiple markets, ideally in retail or customer-facing businesses.
• Excellent communication to align diverse teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the website roadmap and commercial priorities, delivering a seamless digital customer experience across markets.
• Grow organic visibility through technical SEO, local search and content optimisation.
• Develop visibility across non-branded and AI search platforms.
• Lead online bookings and improve the customer journey from discovery to checkout.
• Oversee ecommerce performance from merchandising to checkout and returns.
• Manage fulfilment operations and drive service standards and productivity.
• Ensure a consistent experience across Australia, New Zealand and Canada across devices.
• Measure website performance with GA4 and Search Console, run experiments and report insights.
