Job summary

Discount Lighting & Fans is seeking an Ecommerce & Product Manager to lead the online channel and product portfolio. You will own Shopify operations, drive online revenue, monitor performance, and collaborate across design, content, and marketing to optimise the customer journey.

The role requires hands-on product ownership, supplier coordination and a focus on conversion, UX, and data insights within a growing Queensland retail environment. This is a full-time Brisbane-based position.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ecommerce platforms, preferably Shopify.
• Ability to design and implement digital solutions, not just manage providers.
• Experience creating digital assets for websites and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce principles and customer journeys.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimise the Shopify ecommerce platform.
• Monitor website performance, sales metrics, conversion rates and user behaviour.
• Develop strategies to increase online revenue, AOV and conversions.
• Lead digital projects and website feature releases.
• Collaborate with suppliers and marketing to improve content and merchandising.
• Maintain product catalogue and ensure accurate data across channels.
