St Joseph's Catholic College in Katherine hosts an ECEC (Early Childhood Education and Care) Services Leader role, reporting to the Leader of Education and Care Services at the Catholic Education Office, Northern Territory.

The ECEC Services Leader will drive operational, regulatory, and pedagogical excellence across two services, lead educational teams, align with the QIP, and foster a safe, inclusive Catholic environment.

Formación

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care is required (or equivalent).
• HLTAID012 first aid & resuscitation certifications required.
• Demonstrated leadership in an early childhood setting.
• Working with Children clearance (NT Ochre Card) and police check required.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and empower two services and drive operational, regulatory, and pedagogical excellence.
• Oversee budgets, enrolments, staffing ratios, and day-to-day operations in line with National Law and CENT policies.
• Drive EYLF and MTOP implementation and maintain continuous improvement systems.
• Build partnerships with families and school leaders while upholding Catholic identity and inclusive practices.
