Job summary

Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services (SCECS) invites qualified educators to join our new St Francis Xavier's Preschool & Long Day Care in NSW. We offer a full-time role for Diploma and Cert III qualified staff in a dynamic, not-for-profit setting that supports families and Catholic identity.

You’ll develop high-quality curriculum, build strong relationships with children and families, and take part in modern learning in a brand-new facility with onsite parking and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Early Childhood Diploma Approved Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid Certificate approved by ACECQA (includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management, and anaphylaxis).
• Identify & Respond to Children at Risk of Harm Certificate
• Valid Working with Children Check

Your New Role:As a qualified Early Childhood Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in the growth and development of children aged 0-6.

To Be Considered, You Must Have:

• Early Childhood Diploma Approved Qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Current First Aid Certificate Approved by ACECQA:Includes applying first aid, emergency asthma management, and anaphylaxis.
• Identify & Respond to Children at Risk of Harm Certificate
• Valid Working with Children Check
• Completed the mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO. Register GECCKO
• Practical Knowledge:Understanding of the National Quality Framework and the Early Years Learning Framework.
