Job summary

Sydney Catholic Early Childhood Services Ltd is hiring a qualified Early Childhood Educator for a part-time permanent role (2 days per week: Thursday and Friday) at a brand new, modern centre in Sydney. You will contribute to high-quality education and care for children aged 0-6, supporting curriculum development and nurturing positive relationships.

The role requires a Diploma in ECEC, current First Aid (ACECQA), WWC check, child safety training, and knowledge of the NQF and EYLF.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current First Aid Certificate Approved by ACECQA (including emergency asthma and anaphylaxis).
• Identify & Respond to Children at Risk of Harm Certificate.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Completed mandatory national child safety training via GECCKO.
• Understanding of NQF and EYLF.

Responsibilities

• Developing high-quality curriculum to respond to children's interests and needs.
• Building positive relationships with children, families and colleagues.
• Actively support the organisation's Catholic identity, policies and procedures.

Your New Role:

As a qualified Early Childhood Educator, you'll play a pivotal role in the growth and development of children aged 0-6.

This is a Part-time Permanent role 2 days per week, Thursday and Friday.
